From Surviving to Healing
I spent the first part of my life learning how to survive.
As a child, I didn’t have words for what I felt—only a deep sense that I was “less than,” that something was wrong with me.
I learned to soothe the pain with stolen candy, jokes, and alcohol beginning at age 12.
Eventually, I’d find my way to drugs, all in an effort to escape the weight I carried inside.
I didn’t feel like I belonged anywhere. Not even in my own body.

The Gift of Desperation
Addiction was almost never about partying. It was about survival.
There came a point where I wasn’t chasing highs anymore—I was just trying not to feel.
The shame, the double life, the silent pain…it caught up. One Simchas Torah, I hit a bottom I didn’t think I’d come back from. Rage, broken mirrors, suicidal thoughts—and then, somehow, a phone call to my brother. That call saved my life.
That night, I surrendered.
A Different Kind of Strength
Rehab wasn’t a punishment. It was the first place I felt like I belong.
There, surrounded by others who understood me without needing to explain, I learned the truth: I wasn’t bad. I was just sick. I had an obsession of the mind and an allergy of the body. And underneath all the wreckage—I still had a soul, hope, and purpose.
I cried. I healed. I found G-d again. Not the G-d I thought was disappointed in me. A loving G-d who had never left.
What I Do Now
Healing isn't about fixing. It's about becoming.
Today, thank G-d, I’ve been sober since 2012 and I’ve learned that it’s not about the addiction itself, it is about the beliefs that create internal pain that we seek to relieve. These deeply rooted perceptions create the obstacles in the way of living fully.
In 2016 I completed Life Coach training and certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and recieved training and certification as an Addiction Recovery Coach. But more than that, I’m someone who walked through fire, and now I guide others through theirs.
I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer space, presence, and a fierce belief in your goodness and power.
Through positive biases and inquiry, we uncover the answers that are already within you—answers that guide your choices, steps, and growth.
This work is rooted in atomic, consistent daily practices that align with who you truly are, and the life you’d love.
We don’t push, pull, or force. We lift ourselves up and transcend with intention, clarity, and sensivity.
You Don’t Need to Be Ready for Everything.
This isn’t primarily about reaching a destination.
It's about walking a path that is meaningful, fulfilling, and impactful. To walk that path, you'll need courageous honesty, an open mind, and a willing heart. All while we remain committed to holding your essential goodness.
We'll explore what you truly want—and be honest about what's in the way.
As The Rebbe says:
“The difficulties, trials, and tests of life are themselves the means by which we are to attain our ultimate objective.”
“The difficulties, trials, and tests of life are themselves the means by which we are to attain our ultimate objective.”
If something in you is stirred reading this, you have already begun the work.
